The Triple Cask expression from the Aberlour distillery in Speyside is matured in a combination of bourbon barrels, bourbon hogsheads and Oloroso sherry casks. This expression is not a standard release in SA, so we have limited stock available as a once-off.

Nose: Rich with notes of honey, ripe pears and vanilla caramel.

Palate: Sweet with sweet and tangy notes of orange and red apple, balanced by a touch of liquorice and roasted almonds.

Finish: Round, with subtle spicy notes.
