This 2023 limited-edition from Ardnamurchan is a combination of peated and unpeated whisky matured exclusively in a combination of ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at higher strength of 50%.

Nose: Murray mint, bonfire on the beach, salted peanut ice cream, tomato stalks, Brazil nut and sundried tomatoes.

Palate: Tarry rope, bung cloth, smoky bacon, old tractor shed, peanut brittle, sticky spare-ribs.

Finish: Crashing waves, sea-salt, bothy fireplace and cigar shop.
