The newest addition to the Compass Box core range. The Spaniard is matured in a combination of American, European and French oak casks, with this first batch containing 48% aged in ex-sherry casks and 25% in ex-Spanish red wine casks. This first batch was bottled in June 2018 and contains only Highland single malt whiskies. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Citrus and baked apples with toasted vanilla, hints of fresh malt, cinnamon and red fruits (think strawberries).

Palate: Full, soft and sumptuous with notes of citrus peel, red wine, poached pears and spices.

Finish: Long with hints of rich vanilla panna cotta, cinnamon ripe berries and cherries.
