Launched in 2018 by John Crabbie & Co. as part of a series of whiskies from various distilleries while they start producing whisky again in their new Edinburgh distillery. This single malt from an undisclosed distillery in the Highlands is matured in first-fill bourbon casks. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Green apples, fresh vanilla and biscuit notes.

Palate: Sweet caramel and vanilla, bright citrus, with a kick of spice.

Finish: Citrus and malt.
