Egan’s Whiskey is an old Irish brand from Tullamore that has been resurrected by the descendants of Patrick Egan, who first founded the brand over 150 years ago. Although the whiskey is sourced from an undisclosed Irish distillery, the final product is made unique through secondary cask finishing and select batching.

Launched in 2018, Fortitude is a no-age-statement single malt matured exclusively in Pedro Ximénez casks. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Heavy (red) sherry, honey, raisins, and a hint of marzipan. 

Palate: Full of complexity, strong influence of sherry, (reflected in the aroma), mixed fruit, notably, raisins, and sultanas. 

Finish: A satisfyingly long finish, with complex flavours that linger gracefully on the palate.
