Released in 2014, this is the opening expression in the Auchentoshan core range. A triple-distilled, Lowland single malt matured exclusively in first-fill, ex-bourbon American oak casks. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Sweet with vanilla, coconut and lemon along with toffee and milk chocolate. Wafts of grassy air and clotted cream.

Palate: Bounty bars, more citrus peels and peaches. A little bit buttery, with golden barley and oak spice developing on the mid palate.

Finish: Lasting notes of grapefruit, spicy oak and toffee.
